19. Purchase Offer means a non binding proposal of a price at which the Customer would be interested in purchasing a Product from the Current Offer, submitted using the “Make an Offer” function.

§ 3. Nature of the Products Offered

1. The Store offers, in particular, pre owned, vintage and collectible watches, as well as other watches selected by Dial House.
2. Pre owned, vintage or collectible Products may show natural signs of use, ageing, servicing or storage. Information concerning the condition of the Product, completeness of the set, signs of use, service history and other material characteristics is provided in the Product description where known to the Seller.
3. Product photographs form part of the offer and are intended to present the actual appearance and condition of the Product. Colours and details may vary slightly depending on the Customer’s screen settings.
4. In the case of pre owned and vintage watches, the Customer acknowledges that the condition of the Product is assessed taking into account its age, nature, offer description, photographs and information provided before purchase.
5. If a particular watch is covered by a Dial House warranty or another warranty, the scope and duration of that warranty are specified in the Product description or in a separate warranty document.
6. Any warranty granted does not exclude or limit the Customer’s statutory rights relating to the conformity of goods with the contract.

§ 4. Current Offer and Conclusion of a Sales Agreement Through the Store

1. Products included in the Store’s Current Offer may be purchased directly through the website, provided they are available.
2. To place an order, the Customer should:

a) select a Product,

b) add the Product to the shopping cart,

c) provide the required information,

d) select the delivery and payment method,

e) accept the required consents and terms,

f) confirm the order.

3. Placing an order by the Customer constitutes an offer to conclude a Sales Agreement.
4. The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order, unless otherwise stated for a particular Product, payment method or individual arrangement.
5. Until the Sales Agreement is concluded, the Seller may refuse to accept the order if the Product is unavailable, an obvious error has occurred in the price or description, the Customer has provided information preventing fulfilment of the order, payment has not been made within the specified period or there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse. Once the agreement has been concluded, termination of or withdrawal from the agreement by the Seller may take place only in accordance with applicable law or by express agreement between the parties.
6. If, before conclusion of the Sales Agreement, the Seller refuses to accept an order which has already been paid for, the Seller will promptly refund the payment received from the Customer.

§ 4a. Product Reservation

1. The Customer may submit a request to reserve a Product using the “Request a Reservation” function or another agreed communication channel. Submitting a request alone does not conclude an agreement, begin a Reservation or create an obligation to pay.
2. A Reservation begins only after the Seller sends explicit confirmation on a durable medium, in particular by email. The confirmation shall specify at least the reserved Product and the exact date and time when the Reservation expires.
3. The initial Reservation period is free of charge and lasts for 24 hours from the time specified in the Seller’s confirmation.
4. During the confirmed Reservation period, the Seller temporarily prevents other Customers from purchasing the Product. The Product may remain visible in the Current Offer marked as “RESERVED”.
5. Unless otherwise agreed in the confirmation, the price applicable to the Customer making the Reservation is the price displayed in the Store at the time the Reservation is confirmed, subject to any later more favourable price reduction or an individually accepted Purchase Offer.
6. Before expiry of the free Reservation period, the Customer may request a paid extension. The extension requires confirmation by the Seller and payment of PLN 50.00 and lasts for 72 hours from the time specified in the confirmation of the Paid Reservation Extension.
7. Before concluding a paid service agreement, the Seller shall provide the Customer with information regarding its scope, price, duration, the rules for crediting the fee towards the Product price and information concerning the right of withdrawal. Where the agreement is concluded using a button or similar electronic function, that function will be labelled clearly so that it unambiguously indicates an obligation to pay.
8. At the Customer’s express request recorded on a durable medium, the Paid Reservation Extension may commence before expiry of the 14 day withdrawal period. § 7 and § 10 of these Terms and Conditions apply to commencement, withdrawal and settlement of this service.
9. If the Customer purchases the reserved Product during the Paid Reservation Extension period, the PLN 50.00 fee will be credited in full towards the price of that Product. Once credited, the fee becomes part of the Product price paid and is subject to the settlement rules applicable to the Sales Agreement, including withdrawal and complaint rules.
10. If the Customer does not conclude a Sales Agreement for the reserved Product during the Paid Reservation Extension period, the Reservation expires and the fee constitutes remuneration for the reservation extension service already provided and is not automatically credited towards another Product. This does not limit the statutory right to withdraw from the service agreement or the rules governing proportional payment for services performed before withdrawal.
11. Upon expiry of the confirmed Reservation period, the Reservation expires automatically without the need for any further statement and the Seller may make the Product available for purchase again.
12. If the Seller is unable to provide the confirmed Paid Reservation Extension for reasons attributable to the Seller, the Seller will refund the fee received from the Customer unless the Customer agrees to another solution.
13. The Seller may refuse to begin or extend a Reservation before sending confirmation, in particular where the Product has already been sold, is subject to an earlier Reservation, the contact details are incomplete or the request shows signs of abuse.

§ 4b. “Make an Offer” Function

1. The “Make an Offer” function enables the Customer to submit a proposed price at which they would be interested in purchasing a specified Product from the Current Offer.
2. Submission of a Purchase Offer constitutes a non binding invitation to further negotiations. It is not an order, an offer which automatically results in conclusion of an agreement upon acceptance, a Product Reservation or an obligation on either the Customer or the Seller to conclude an agreement.
3. Submission of a Purchase Offer does not require payment. The Customer provides at least contact details, identification of the Product and the proposed price.
4. The Seller may reject the proposal, accept it as the basis for preparing an individual offer, or propose a different price or other purchase terms.
5. Following submission of a Purchase Offer, a Sales Agreement is concluded only after the Seller presents specific terms to the Customer, the Customer expressly accepts them and the specified ordering or payment requirements are satisfied.
6. Until a Sales Agreement is concluded or a separate Reservation is confirmed, the Product remains available to other Customers and may be sold beforehand.
7. If the Seller confirms an individual price, all other characteristics of the Product and terms of sale remain as stated on the Product page and in these Terms and Conditions unless the individual offer expressly provides otherwise.

§ 5. “Find a Watch” and “Source a Watch” Forms

1. The “Find a Watch” and “Source a Watch” forms are intended for submitting individual enquiries concerning the search for, selection, verification or sourcing of a watch.
2. Submission of a form does not constitute conclusion of a Sales Agreement, an order for a Product or an obligation to purchase.
3. After receiving a form, Dial House may contact the Customer to clarify their expectations, in particular regarding the brand, model, reference number, budget, condition of the watch, completeness of the set, required completion date and other individual preferences.
4. Based on the enquiry, Dial House may present Product proposals, sourcing possibilities or an individual offer.
5. A Sales Agreement or Individual Service agreement is concluded only after the Customer accepts the individual offer presented by Dial House.
6. An individual offer may include in particular:

a) a description of the watch,

b) brand, model, reference number and other material parameters,

c) technical and visual condition,

d) completeness of the set,

e) price,

f) completion date,

g) payment method,

h) amount of any advance payment, earnest money deposit or service fee, where applicable,

i) delivery method,

j) withdrawal rules,

k) information regarding any exclusion of the right of withdrawal where provided for by law.

§ 6. Custom Orders

1. Orders carried out through “Find a Watch” or “Source a Watch” may constitute Custom Orders.
2. A Custom Order may in particular concern a watch:

a) sourced specifically at the Customer’s request,

b) unavailable in the Store’s standard Current Offer,

c) found according to the Customer’s individual criteria,

d) reserved or acquired by the Seller based on the Customer’s individual approval,

e) selected according to parameters specified by the Customer, such as brand, model, reference number, budget, condition, completeness, year of manufacture, case size, dial colour or other arrangements.

3. For a Custom Order, the Seller will present an individual offer to the Customer for acceptance.
4. The Customer may accept the individual offer in particular by:

a) signing the offer or agreement,

b) accepting the terms by email,

c) making payment,

d) selecting the required declarations,

e) providing another unambiguous confirmation specified by the Seller.

5. The Seller will not begin performing the Custom Order and, in particular, will not purchase, reserve or import the watch until the Customer has accepted the individual offer and fulfilled the agreed payment conditions.
6. Where the subject of the order is non prefabricated goods imported or prepared according to the Customer’s specifications or intended to meet the Customer’s individual needs, the right of withdrawal may not apply in circumstances provided for by applicable law.
7. Information regarding any exclusion of the right of withdrawal will be provided to the Customer before final confirmation of the Custom Order.
8. When accepting an individual offer, the Customer may be asked to confirm that:

a) the watch is being sourced or reserved specifically for their individual order,

b) the watch is not part of the Store’s standard Current Offer,

c) the parameters of the watch have been accepted by the Customer,

d) the Customer has been informed of any possible exclusion of the right of withdrawal in circumstances provided for by law,

e) the Customer understands that, once performance of the Custom Order has begun, withdrawal may not be possible if the statutory conditions for exclusion of the right of withdrawal are satisfied.

9. The provisions concerning Custom Orders do not limit the Customer’s statutory rights relating to conformity of goods with the contract.

§ 7. Individual Services

1. Dial House may provide Individual Services including in particular:

a) sourcing watches,

b) verification of offers,

c) verification of available information, markings and watch characteristics within the scope agreed with the Customer,

d) purchase advice,

e) watch reservation,

f) arranging the sourcing or import of a watch,

g) arranging cleaning, servicing, repairs or selection of accessories,

h) Watch Valuation,

i) Watch Care.

2. An Individual Service may be provided free of charge or for a fee depending on the arrangements with the Customer.
3. If an Individual Service is paid, its scope, price, completion time and payment terms will be presented to the Customer before performance begins.
4. If the Customer expressly requests that performance of a paid Individual Service begin before expiry of 14 days from conclusion of the agreement, the Seller may begin providing the service after receiving the Customer’s express request.
5. If a paid Individual Service is fully performed with the Customer’s prior express consent and, before performance began, the Customer was informed that they would lose their right of withdrawal once the service had been fully performed and acknowledged this, the Customer will have no right to withdraw in respect of the fully performed service.
6. If the Customer withdraws from a paid Individual Service agreement after performance has begun at their express request but before it has been fully performed, the Customer is required to pay for the services provided up to the time of withdrawal, proportionally to the scope of the service already performed, in accordance with applicable law.

§ 7a. “Dial House Watch Care” Services

1. Under the “Dial House Watch Care” programme, the Seller offers:

a) Online Watch Valuation,

b) Watch Valuation after physical receipt of the watch,

c) Watch Care,

d) Watch Care with Watch Valuation.

2. An agreement for a specific service is concluded after the Customer selects the service option, provides the required information, accepts the Terms and Conditions and price, places an order involving an obligation to pay and receives confirmation that the order has been accepted, unless the parties individually agree on another time of conclusion.
3. The service description on the website, order summary, individual arrangements recorded on a durable medium and Appendix No. 2 collectively determine the scope of the service. In the event of any discrepancy, individual arrangements expressly confirmed by the Seller which are more favourable to the Customer shall prevail.
4. The detailed scope of the services, prices, shipping rules, liability, withdrawal, complaints and settlement rules are set out in Appendix No. 2.
5. Additional work, repairs, a full movement service, polishing, replacement of parts or other work not included in the purchased service option may be carried out only after the scope and price have been presented and separate consent has been obtained from the Customer.
6. The Seller may refuse to accept a watch or propose a change to the scope of the service if performance would be impossible, unsafe for the watch, unlawful or would require qualifications or tools outside the scope of the Dial House offer. If this occurs before performance begins, the service price paid will be refunded.
7. The provisions concerning services do not limit any mandatory rights of Consumers or Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights.

§ 8. Prices and Payments

1. Product prices displayed in the Store are amounts payable to the Seller for the relevant Product and are expressed in the currency displayed to the Customer during the ordering process. Depending on the country of delivery, the Store may display prices in Polish zloty (PLN), euro (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP) or another available currency.

2. The final Product price, delivery cost and any other charges collected by the Seller are displayed to the Customer before the order is placed and the Sales Agreement is concluded.

3. For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout or in an individual offer, the Product price and delivery cost collected by Dial House do not include UK import VAT, Customs Duty, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees or other import-related charges collected by competent authorities, the carrier, a customs representative or another third party.

4. For consignments exceeding GBP 135 imported into Great Britain, meaning England, Scotland and Wales, the standard UK rules on import VAT and customs duties apply. The recipient may be required to pay import VAT, Customs Duty where applicable, and clearance or handling fees before delivery or release of the shipment. Separate rules may apply to Northern Ireland.

5. Import charges are determined by the competent authorities, carriers or customs representatives and remain outside the Seller’s control. If such charges have not been expressly collected by Dial House during checkout, they are payable by the recipient to the extent required by applicable law.

6. Available payment methods may include in particular:

a) payment by card,

b) Shopify Payments,

c) PayPal,

d) traditional bank transfer,

e) other payment methods made available in the Store.

7. In the case of a traditional bank transfer, the order will be processed after the payment has been credited to the Seller’s bank account.

8. The Customer should include the order number in the payment reference.

9. Failure to make payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of the order.

10. For Custom Orders, the Seller may require an advance payment, earnest money deposit, reservation fee, Individual Service fee or full payment before performance begins. These conditions will be stated in the individual offer.

11. For Custom Orders, the nature of the amount paid, in particular whether it constitutes an advance payment, earnest money deposit, service fee or payment for a Product, will be clearly specified in the individual offer.

§ 9. Delivery and Collection

1. Products are delivered within Poland, to selected Member States of the European Union and to the United Kingdom where the relevant country or area is available as a delivery destination during checkout. If delivery to a particular country is not currently available, the Customer may contact the Seller at kontakt@dial-house.com to individually determine whether fulfilment of the order is possible.

2. Available delivery methods may include in particular:

a) delivery to an InPost Parcel Locker within Poland, exclusively for orders meeting the conditions set out in the Shipping Policy,

b) secure courier delivery to the specified address,

c) courier delivery to selected Member States of the European Union,

d) courier delivery to the United Kingdom,

e) personal collection in Szczecin following prior individual agreement regarding the date, time and place of collection.

3. Delivery costs depend on the destination country, order value and selected delivery method and are displayed before the purchase is finalised.

4. Shipment takes place after payment has been credited or after other conditions specified in the individual offer have been satisfied.

5. For high value Products, the Seller may use additional shipment security, insurance, proof of delivery or other measures intended to ensure safe delivery.

6. The Customer should inspect the condition of the shipment upon receipt. If the packaging is visibly damaged, it is recommended that the Customer prepare a damage report with the carrier and contact the Seller promptly. Failure to prepare a damage report upon receipt does not deprive the Customer of statutory rights relating to complaints or lack of conformity of the goods with the contract.

7. Personal collection is available only following prior individual agreement regarding the date, time and place of collection.

8. Detailed delivery rules, value thresholds, delivery times, insurance rules and restrictions applicable to particular delivery methods are specified in the Dial House Shipping Policy.

9. The rules governing shipment to Dial House and return of watches entrusted for the performance of services are set out in Appendix No. 2. The cost of sending the watch to Dial House is not included in the service price unless the individual order confirmation expressly provides otherwise.

10. Shipments to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs clearance. The Customer is required to provide accurate and complete information necessary for delivery and, where required, cooperate with the carrier, customs representative or competent authority during customs clearance.

11. Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout or in an individual offer, UK import VAT, Customs Duty, customs clearance charges and other import-related fees are not included in the Product price or delivery cost collected by Dial House and may be charged to the recipient.

12. Customs clearance may extend the estimated delivery time. A delay resulting solely from action by customs authorities, document checks, import procedures or the Customer’s failure to cooperate with required clearance does not in itself constitute a delay attributable to the Seller, subject to mandatory applicable law.

13. Different VAT and customs rules may apply to deliveries to Northern Ireland than to deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales. If a shipment requires additional formalities, documents or individual arrangements, the Seller may contact the Customer before dispatch.

§ 10. Right of Withdrawal

1. A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights who has concluded a distance Sales Agreement generally has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the Product without giving any reason.

2. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before expiry of the 14 day period.

3. A withdrawal statement may be sent to: kontakt@dial-house.com.

4. After submitting the withdrawal statement, the Customer should return the Product promptly and no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal statement was submitted.

5. The returned Product should be sent to:

Dial House
Karol Góral
Stary Szlak 46E
70-870 Szczecin
Poland

For orders delivered to another Member State of the European Union or to the United Kingdom, the Product should be returned to the above address in Poland unless the Seller provides the Customer with another return address.

6. The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the Product unless the Seller agrees otherwise with the Customer or applicable law provides otherwise.

7. The Seller will refund the payments due to the Customer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method available in the Store for the relevant order, within the period required by the law applicable to the relevant agreement.

8. In the case of Consumers in Poland and Member States of the European Union to which the relevant EU rules apply, the refund will be made promptly and no later than 14 days from receipt of the Customer’s withdrawal statement, subject to the Seller’s right to withhold the refund until the Product has been received back or the Customer provides proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

9. In the case of Consumers in the United Kingdom, the rules and time limits for cancellation, return of the Product and refund apply in accordance with applicable UK law and the Dial House Returns Policy.

10. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase unless the parties agree on another lawful refund method.

11. The Customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.

12. The returned Product should be complete and include all items received with the purchase, in particular the box, documents, warranty card, additional bracelet links, strap, accessories and any other elements of the set where they formed part of the offer.

13. Watches are valuable and delicate Products. The Customer should therefore appropriately secure the Product for return shipment. Registered shipping with tracking and appropriate insurance is recommended.

14. In the case of a service agreement, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the date the agreement was concluded, subject to the law applicable to the particular Customer and type of agreement.

15. If a Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights wishes performance of a paid service to begin before expiry of the withdrawal period, they should submit an express request to the Seller for performance to begin before that period expires.

16. If the Customer withdraws from the agreement after submitting the request referred to in point 15 but before the service has been fully performed, the Customer may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the time the Seller was informed of the withdrawal, where required by applicable law.

17. The right to withdraw from a paid service agreement may expire upon full performance of the service only where the conditions required by the law applicable to the relevant agreement have been satisfied.

18. Where Dial House is in possession of an Entrusted Watch in connection with a service, following withdrawal the parties shall agree on the method of returning the watch. The direct cost of return is borne by the Customer unless applicable law, an accepted complaint or individual arrangements provide otherwise.

19. UK import VAT, Customs Duty, customs clearance charges and other import charges paid by the Customer to HM Revenue & Customs, the carrier, customs representative or another third party are separate from the Product price and delivery cost paid to Dial House.

20. If the Customer returns a Product and wishes to apply for repayment or remission of UK import VAT, Customs Duty or other import charges, the Customer must independently submit the appropriate application to HM Revenue & Customs, the relevant carrier, customs representative or other competent entity. Dial House does not act as the Customer’s customs representative and does not submit such applications or claims on the Customer’s behalf.

21. At the Customer’s justified request, Dial House may, where possible, provide copies of documents already held by the Seller that may assist the Customer in independently seeking repayment of import charges. Dial House does not guarantee that any such repayment will be obtained.

§ 11. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

1. The right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances provided for by applicable law.
2. In particular, the right of withdrawal may not apply to an agreement concerning non prefabricated goods manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications or intended to satisfy the Customer’s individual needs.
3. The right to withdraw from a paid service agreement does not apply following full performance of the service where all conditions specified in § 10 point 16 have been satisfied.
4. In the case of Custom Orders carried out through “Find a Watch” or “Source a Watch”, information regarding any exclusion of the right of withdrawal will be provided to the Customer before conclusion of the agreement or before final confirmation of the individual offer.
5. Submission of the “Find a Watch” or “Source a Watch” form alone does not exclude the right of withdrawal because the form constitutes only an enquiry. Any restriction or exclusion of the right of withdrawal may apply only to an individual agreement subsequently concluded after the Customer accepts a specific offer.
6. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not limit the Customer’s statutory rights relating to conformity of goods with the contract or liability for proper performance of services.
7. The detailed withdrawal rules set out in Appendix No. 2 also apply to “Dial House Watch Care” services.

§ 12. Complaints, Conformity of Goods with the Contract and Services

1. The Seller is liable to Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights for the conformity of goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.
2. Complaints may be submitted to kontakt@dial-house.com.
3. A complaint should include:

a) the Customer’s first name and surname,

b) order number,

c) a description of the reported lack of conformity or irregularity in performance of the service,

d) the Customer’s request,

e) photographs of the Product or packaging where they may assist in considering the complaint.

4. The Seller will respond to a Consumer’s complaint on paper or another durable medium within 14 days of receiving it.
5. If a Product does not conform to the contract, the Customer may request that it be brought into conformity, in particular through repair or replacement, taking into account the nature of the Product, its availability and applicable law.
6. For pre owned, vintage or collectible watches, assessment of conformity with the contract takes into account the offer description, photographs, stated condition of the Product, its age, completeness and information provided to the Customer before purchase.
7. The Seller is not liable for a specific characteristic of a Product which differs from the objective requirements of conformity with the contract solely to the extent that, no later than at the time the agreement was concluded, the Customer was expressly informed that the specific characteristic differed from those requirements and expressly and separately accepted that characteristic.
8. These Terms and Conditions do not limit the Customer’s statutory rights arising from provisions governing conformity of goods with the contract.
9. A complaint concerning a service may relate in particular to failure to perform the service, performance inconsistent with the agreed scope, damage to the watch connected with an act or omission of the Seller or errors in a document provided.
10. To consider a service complaint, the Seller may request additional information, photographs, documents or, where necessary, access to the watch for inspection. This does not limit the statutory deadline for responding to a Consumer’s complaint.
11. Where a service complaint is justified, the method of resolving it will be adapted to the nature of the irregularity and the Customer’s request in accordance with applicable law and may include, in particular, performing all or part of the service again, correcting the error, reducing the price, refunding an appropriate part of the price or compensating for damage under general legal principles.
12. Detailed rules for complaints concerning “Dial House Watch Care” services are set out in Appendix No. 2.

§ 13. Dial House Warranty

1. Selected watches offered by Dial House may be covered by a voluntary 100 day Dial House warranty for the watch movement.
2. The warranty does not automatically cover all watches available in the Store. Information confirming that a particular Product is covered by the warranty is provided in the Product description, on the Product page, in an individual offer, order confirmation or warranty document.
3. If a Product does not expressly state “100 day Dial House warranty for the watch movement”, that Product is not covered by this warranty.
4. The warranty covers faults in the internal watch movement which become apparent during the warranty period and which are not caused by mechanical damage, water damage, improper use, natural wear and tear, interference by third parties or other circumstances excluded under the warranty terms.
5. In particular, the warranty does not cover mechanical damage, damage caused by dropping, impact, crushing, water damage or improper use, natural wear and tear or damage to external components of the watch including the crystal, case, bezel, crown, pushers, bracelet, clasp or strap unless expressly stated otherwise for the particular Product.
6. The detailed scope of the warranty, its duration, notification procedure, method of exercising warranty rights and exclusions of the Warrantor’s liability are set out in Appendix No. 1 to these Terms and Conditions titled “Terms of the 100 Day Dial House Warranty for the Watch Movement”.
7. The Dial House warranty is an additional voluntary right and does not exclude, restrict or suspend the statutory rights of Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights arising from provisions concerning conformity of goods with the contract.

§ 14. Purchase and Exchange of Watches

1. The “Sell / Exchange” form is intended for submitting an enquiry concerning the possibility of selling a watch to Dial House or trading it in towards the purchase of another watch.
2. Submission of the “Sell / Exchange” form does not constitute conclusion of a Sales Agreement, acceptance of the watch for purchase by Dial House or an obligation to make an offer.
3. After receiving the enquiry, Dial House may contact the Customer to establish details and verify the watch, documents, technical condition, completeness and origin of the Product.
4. Any valuation is individual and may be conditional upon physical inspection of the watch, its documents and technical condition.
5. An agreement for the purchase or exchange of a watch is concluded only following individual agreement and acceptance of the terms by both parties.

§ 15. Personal Data and Privacy

1. The controller of Customers’ personal data is Karol Góral, operating the Dial House online store as an unregistered business activity.

2. Customers’ personal data is processed in particular for:

a) order handling,

b) payment processing,

c) delivery of Products,

d) handling contact forms, Reservations and Purchase Offers,

e) handling complaints, returns and enquiries,

f) compliance with legal obligations,

g) communication with Customers,

h) marketing where the Customer has given the appropriate consent,

i) international delivery and customs formalities where applicable.

3. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, data necessary for delivery or customs clearance may be disclosed to the carrier, logistics operator, customs representative or competent authority in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4. Detailed information concerning the processing of personal data, including rules applicable to users in the United Kingdom, is set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Store website.

5. The Customer has rights under the data protection laws applicable to their situation, including, as appropriate, the GDPR or UK GDPR.

§ 16. Newsletter and Marketing Communications

1. The Customer may consent to receiving electronic marketing communications.
2. Marketing consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. A lack of marketing consent does not affect the Customer’s ability to place an order.
4. Communications concerning order fulfilment, payments, delivery, complaints or responses to Customer enquiries do not constitute a newsletter and may be sent for customer service purposes.

§ 17. Reviews and Customer Content

1. If the Store enables Customers to submit reviews, Customers should publish content that is lawful, truthful and does not infringe third party rights.
2. The Seller may remove unlawful or offensive content, content infringing personal rights, spam or content unrelated to the Product or service.
3. Where the Store publishes or provides access to Consumer reviews of Products or services, the Seller provides information as to whether and how it ensures that the published reviews originate from Consumers who purchased or used the relevant Product or service. Information regarding the review verification method is made available in the Store in connection with the presentation of reviews or in an appropriate information policy.

§ 18. Alternative Dispute Resolution

1. A Consumer may use out of court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims.
2. Information concerning alternative methods of resolving Consumer disputes is available, among other places, on the websites of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
3. The Customer may also seek assistance from a municipal or district Consumer Ombudsman.
4. The Seller states that it does not give prior consent to participate in alternative consumer dispute resolution proceedings unless participation is required by mandatory provisions of law or the Seller individually agrees otherwise.
5. In the case of Consumers residing in other Member States of the European Union, information regarding competent authorities and institutions providing assistance with consumer disputes is available from the relevant consumer protection authorities in that country.

§ 19. Protection of Dial House Content, Forms, Know How and Solutions

All content available in the Dial House Store, including in particular Product descriptions, brand descriptions, watch descriptions, informational content, marketing text, photographs, graphics, website layout, visual identity elements, the Dial House name, form layouts, form questions, field names, supporting descriptions, messages, customer contact process structure, methods of collecting Customer preferences and methods of presenting offers constitute legally protected elements or Dial House know how.

Forms available in the Store, including in particular the “Find a Watch”, “Source a Watch”, “Request a Reservation”, “Make an Offer”, “Sell / Exchange”, “Watch Valuation” and “Watch Care” forms, have been prepared for the purposes of Dial House activities and may be used exclusively to submit an enquiry, request a Reservation, submit a Purchase Offer, place an order for a service, contact the Store, submit a watch for possible purchase or obtain information concerning Dial House services.

It is prohibited to copy, record, distribute, publish, modify, reproduce, analyse for the purpose of reproduction, commercially exploit or otherwise use Dial House content, forms, form layouts, form questions, descriptions, graphics, materials, sales solutions, enquiry structures, methods of collecting Customer preferences or other elements of the Dial House Store without Dial House’s prior express consent.

The prohibition above includes, in particular, using Dial House forms, questions, descriptions, field layouts, consent wording, customer communication methods, recommendation structures and sales solutions to create, operate, develop or promote another store, website, form, automation, tool, advisory service or business competing with Dial House.

Dial House internal solutions, including in particular the method of preparing watch recommendations, logic used to analyse submissions, criteria for selecting models, prompt content, automation configurations, enquiry handling scenarios, internal sales notes, response templates and the method of combining forms, automation tools and analysis systems constitute confidential Dial House know how.

Customers and Store users are not authorised to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, distribute or use the Dial House internal solutions described above, in particular for the purpose of creating a similar form, similar sales process, similar recommendation tool, similar automation or similar service.

Downloading, copying or mass recording of Dial House Store content is also prohibited, in particular using automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, indexing systems, artificial intelligence tools or other solutions intended to copy, analyse or reproduce Dial House content, forms, descriptions, photographs, website structure or sales solutions without Dial House’s prior consent.

The above prohibition does not apply to standard indexing of publicly available Store pages by internet search engines to the extent permitted by the website’s technical settings.

In the event of a breach of this section, Dial House may take actions available under applicable law, including requesting that the infringement cease, demanding removal of copied content or materials, requesting explanations, seeking compensation for damage, seeking surrender of benefits obtained and pursuing protection of its rights through civil proceedings or by any other legally permitted means.

Use of forms and content available in the Store does not transfer to the Customer or any other person any copyrights, related rights, rights to designations, know how rights or any other rights to Dial House materials, content, solutions or elements.

The provisions above do not limit statutory Consumer rights, permitted use provided for by applicable law or rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.

§ 20. Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication on the Store website.

2. The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, in particular in the event of:

c) changes to Store functionality,

d) changes to the scope of services,

e) the need to clarify customer service rules,

f) expansion of sales into new countries or markets,

3. Orders placed before an amendment are governed by the version of the Terms and Conditions in force when the order was placed unless the amendment is more favourable to the Customer.

4. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory provisions of law applicable to the relevant Consumer agreement.

5. In the case of agreements concluded with Consumers whose habitual residence is in another Member State of the European Union, the choice of Polish law does not deprive the Consumer of protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.

6. In the case of agreements concluded with Consumers in the United Kingdom, no provision of these Terms and Conditions deprives the Consumer of protection arising from mandatory UK law where such law applies to the relevant agreement.

7. No provision of these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict Consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.

8. Questions concerning these Terms and Conditions may be directed to kontakt@dial-house.com.

APPENDIX NO. 1 TO THE DIAL HOUSE ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS OF THE 100 DAY DIAL HOUSE WARRANTY FOR THE WATCH MOVEMENT

Last updated: 29 September 2026

§ 1. General Provisions

This document sets out the terms of the voluntary 100 day Dial House warranty for the watch movement granted for selected watches sold through the Dial House online store available at https://dial-house.com.

The Warrantor is:

Karol Góral
conducting sales as an unregistered business activity
Dial House
Stary Szlak 46E
70-870 Szczecin
Poland
email: kontakt@dial-house.com
telephone: 504 132 589

The Dial House warranty is voluntary and covers the watch movement solely to the extent and under the conditions specified in this document.

The warranty does not automatically cover the entire watch or all of its components. In particular, it does not cover external elements, mechanical damage, water damage, natural wear and tear or other circumstances specified later in these warranty terms.

Where the goods sold do not conform to the contract, the Buyer is entitled by law to remedies against and at the expense of the Seller. This warranty does not affect those statutory remedies.

The warranty does not exclude, restrict or suspend the statutory rights of Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights arising from provisions concerning conformity of goods with the contract.

The Customer may choose either to exercise rights under this warranty or rights available against the Seller under applicable law.

§ 2. Products Covered by the Warranty

The 100 day Dial House warranty for the watch movement does not automatically cover all watches offered by the Store.

Only watches which, before conclusion of the agreement, expressly state:

“100 day Dial House warranty for the watch movement”

are covered by the warranty.

Information confirming warranty coverage may be provided in particular:

a) in the Product description,

b) on the Product page,

c) in an individual offer presented to the Customer,

d) in the order confirmation,

e) on a sales document,

f) in a warranty document or warranty card.

The warranty document should allow the watch covered by the warranty to be identified, in particular by specifying the brand, model, reference number, serial number, order number or other available identifying markings.

If a Product does not expressly state that it is covered by the 100 day Dial House warranty for the watch movement, the Product is not covered by that warranty.

Products not covered by the 100 day Dial House warranty remain subject to the Seller’s liability under mandatory provisions of applicable law, in particular those concerning conformity of goods with the contract.

The warranty document together with these warranty terms is provided to the Customer on paper or another durable medium allowing its content to be saved and subsequently reproduced unchanged, in particular by email or as a PDF file.

§ 3. Warranty Period

The warranty is granted for a period of 100 calendar days.

The warranty period begins:

a) in the case of delivery, on the date the Product is received by the Customer or a person designated by the Customer,

b) in the case of personal collection, on the date the Product is handed over to the Customer.

The warranty applies within Poland and to watches delivered by Dial House to selected Member States of the European Union and to the United Kingdom, provided that the relevant Product was covered by the warranty and delivered by Dial House to that market.

To exercise warranty rights, it is sufficient to demonstrate that the Product was purchased from Dial House and that the Product was covered by the warranty, in particular using an order number, payment confirmation, sales document, email, warranty document or warranty card.

The absence of a paper warranty card does not result in loss of the warranty where the purchase and warranty coverage can be confirmed in another manner.

§ 4. Scope of the Warranty

The warranty covers faults in the internal watch movement which become apparent during the warranty period and arise from causes inherent in the watch movement, provided they do not result from circumstances excluded under these warranty terms.

The warranty may cover in particular:

a) the watch stopping unexpectedly despite proper use and adequate winding, charging or replacement with a functioning battery,

b) inability to wind the watch correctly where the cause of the fault lies within the movement,

c) inability to set the time correctly,

d) incorrect operation of the date display or another complication where the Product description stated that the relevant function was operational,

e) excessive and abnormal timekeeping deviation exceeding parameters specified in the Product description or reasonably expected characteristics of the particular movement, taking into account the age, type and nature of the watch,

f) failure of the quartz module, excluding the battery itself and natural battery discharge,

g) spontaneous breakage or damage of the mainspring where it does not result from improper use, overloading of the movement, mechanical damage or third party interference,

h) another fault in the internal watch movement recognised by the Warrantor or a watchmaking service appointed by the Warrantor as covered by the warranty.

For pre owned, vintage or collectible watches, assessment of proper operation takes into account the watch’s age, movement type, condition, service history, Product description and parameters communicated to the Customer before purchase.

The warranty does not mean that a pre owned, vintage or collectible watch will achieve performance parameters characteristic of a factory new modern watch.

Timekeeping deviation within parameters specified in the Product description or reasonably justified by the watch’s age, construction and movement type does not constitute a fault covered by the warranty.

§ 5. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or faults caused by external factors, improper use, natural wear and tear or interference by third parties.

In particular, the warranty does not cover:

a) damage caused by dropping, impact, crushing, pressure, pulling, catching, shock or other mechanical action,

b) cracks, chips, scratches, dents, deformation or other damage to the crystal, case, case back, bezel, crown, pushers, bracelet, clasp or strap,

c) water ingress, moisture, corrosion or entry of water or another liquid into the watch unless the Warrantor expressly granted a separate water resistance warranty for the Product,

d) use of the watch in water, in a shower, bath, sauna, swimming pool or during water sports unless such use was expressly permitted in the Product description or another document,

e) damage resulting from operating the crown or pushers underwater or while the watch is wet,

f) natural wear, ageing and gradual deterioration of Product characteristics resulting from age and ordinary use,

g) scratches, abrasions, discolouration, patina, coating changes, polishing marks or other changes in appearance arising during ordinary use,

h) wear of the strap, bracelet, clasp, gaskets, spring bars, battery or other consumable components,

i) reduced battery life or battery discharge in quartz watches unless expressly stated otherwise for the Product,

j) the need for periodic servicing, maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment or replacement of consumable components where this does not result from a fault covered by the warranty,

k) damage caused by contact with chemicals, cosmetics, detergents, perfume, moisture, extreme temperatures, sudden temperature changes, strong magnetic fields or excessive vibration,

l) damage caused by use inconsistent with the intended purpose, Product description, instructions provided or Dial House recommendations,

m) faults associated with unauthorised opening of the watch, adjustment, repair, replacement of parts or battery or other interference by a person or service provider not designated by Dial House,

n) faults where diagnosis or repair has been made more difficult due to third party interference with the watch movement,

o) removal, obliteration or alteration of the serial number or other identifying markings where this prevents or materially hinders identification of the Product,

p) a specific characteristic of the Product differing from the objective requirements of conformity with the contract solely to the extent that, no later than at the time the agreement was concluded, the Customer was expressly informed that the relevant characteristic differed from those requirements and expressly and separately accepted that characteristic,

q) breakage or damage of the mainspring where diagnosis shows that it resulted from improper use, excessive loading of the movement, mechanical damage, third party interference or another external cause,

r) theft, loss or misplacement of the watch,

s) indirect losses, loss of profits and damage to other property unless the Warrantor’s liability arises from mandatory provisions of law.

A warranty exclusion applies only to the extent that the reported fault is connected with the circumstance giving rise to the exclusion.

The mere presence of signs of use or performance of work unrelated to the reported fault does not automatically constitute grounds for refusing warranty service.

§ 6. Warranty Claim

Warranty claims should be submitted to:

kontakt@dial-house.com

The claim should include in particular:

a) the Customer’s first name and surname,

b) order number or other proof of purchase,

c) brand and model of the watch,

d) reference number or serial number where available,

e) description of the reported fault,

f) date on which the fault became apparent,

g) photographs or a recording showing the fault where its nature allows it to be demonstrated in this way,

h) the Customer’s current contact details.

Failure to provide some of the information, photographs or recordings above does not automatically result in rejection of the claim.

Where the information contained in the claim is insufficient, the Warrantor may ask the Customer to supplement it to the extent necessary to assess the claim.

Before sending the watch, the Customer should contact Dial House and await instructions concerning packaging, insurance and shipment.

The Customer should not send the watch to another service provider or attempt to repair it independently before the warranty procedure has been completed.

§ 7. Delivery of the Watch and Transport Costs

Following preliminary assessment of the claim, the Warrantor may ask the Customer to deliver the watch for inspection or diagnosis.

The watch should be appropriately protected against damage during transport in accordance with instructions provided by the Warrantor.

The Warrantor will arrange or cover reasonable delivery costs agreed with the Customer in advance for sending the watch to the location indicated by the Warrantor and returning the watch to the Customer.

The shipping method, carrier, scope of insurance, delivery address and method of securing the watch should be agreed with the Warrantor in advance.

The Warrantor may provide the Customer with a prepaid shipping label or specify another method of sending the parcel at the Warrantor’s expense.

If the Customer sends the watch using a method other than the one agreed with the Warrantor, the Warrantor is not required to cover additional or excessive costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of another transport method where the Customer had the opportunity to use the method specified by the Warrantor.

The above does not release the Warrantor from the obligation to cover reasonable delivery costs to the extent required by applicable law.

From the moment the watch is handed over to the Warrantor or to a carrier designated by the Warrantor until the watch is redelivered to the Customer, the Warrantor bears the risk of accidental loss or damage.

§ 8. Assessment of the Claim and Performance of the Warranty

After receiving the Product, the Warrantor will inspect it or send it to an appropriate watchmaking service.

The Warrantor may ask the Customer for additional information necessary to determine the cause of the fault.

If the fault is covered by the warranty, the Customer may request free repair of the watch or replacement with the same Product where available. Replacement of a defective component of the movement constitutes a method of performing a repair.

If the remedy selected by the Customer is impossible or would involve excessive costs for the Warrantor, the Warrantor may replace instead of repair or repair instead of replace. When assessing whether costs are excessive, consideration will be given in particular to the nature of the fault, availability of parts, age and value of the watch and technical feasibility of the repair.

If both repair and replacement are impossible or would involve excessive costs, the Warrantor will refund the Product price paid by the Customer. With the Customer’s separate consent, the Warrantor may instead offer another watch with comparable characteristics and value.

Obligations arising from an accepted warranty claim will be performed free of charge, promptly and within a reasonable period and no later than 30 days from the date the watch is delivered to the Warrantor.

If compliance with this deadline is impossible due to the particular complexity of the repair, the need to source unavailable parts or the need to send the watch to a specialist service provider, the Warrantor will inform the Customer on a durable medium before expiry of the deadline, explain the reason and propose a new completion date.

Any extension requires the Customer’s express agreement. In all cases, performance of the warranty should take place without excessive inconvenience to the Customer.

If the reported fault is not covered by the warranty, the Warrantor will inform the Customer of the refusal on a durable medium and state the reason.

Rejection of a warranty claim does not result in the Customer being charged for the agreed return shipment of the watch.

Where a claim is rejected, the Warrantor may, with the Customer’s separate consent, present a paid proposal for repair, adjustment or servicing of the watch.

No paid work will be performed without first informing the Customer of its scope and price and obtaining the Customer’s consent.

§ 9. Warranty Period Following Repair or Replacement

Where, in performance of its warranty obligations, the Warrantor provides the Customer with a defect free watch in replacement of the defective watch or carries out a substantial repair of the watch covered by the warranty, the warranty period begins again from the date the replacement watch is delivered to the Customer or the repaired watch is returned.

Where the Warrantor replaces only a specified component of the movement, the warranty period begins again in relation to the replaced component.

In other cases, the warranty period is extended by the period during which the Customer was unable to use the watch as a result of a fault covered by the warranty.

§ 10. Manufacturer’s or Third Party Warranty

If the watch remains covered by a valid warranty provided by the manufacturer, distributor, authorised retailer or another entity, the Customer may also have rights under that warranty.

The 100 day Dial House warranty for the watch movement does not automatically extend or modify the duration or terms of any warranty provided by another entity.

The possibility of exercising rights under a manufacturer’s or other entity’s warranty is assessed in accordance with the terms of that warranty.

§ 11. Statutory Rights of the Customer

The Dial House warranty constitutes an additional voluntary right of the Customer.

Where the goods sold do not conform to the contract, the Customer is entitled by law to remedies against and at the expense of the Seller and this warranty does not affect those remedies.

The warranty does not exclude, restrict or suspend the rights of Consumers or Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights arising from provisions concerning conformity of goods with the contract.

Rejection of a warranty claim does not prevent the Customer from submitting a separate complaint based on lack of conformity of the goods with the contract.

Exercising warranty rights does not constitute a waiver or restriction of the Customer’s statutory rights.

The Customer may exercise statutory rights relating to conformity of goods with the contract independently of rights arising under the warranty.

For Customers who are Consumers in the United Kingdom, this voluntary warranty does not limit or replace statutory rights available under applicable UK consumer law.

§ 12. Final Provisions

These warranty terms are provided to the Customer on paper or another durable medium, in particular by email or PDF file, in a manner allowing them to be saved and subsequently reproduced unchanged.

Matters not regulated by these warranty terms are governed by the Dial House Online Store Terms and Conditions and applicable Polish law.

For Customers whose habitual residence is in another Member State of the European Union, application of Polish law does not deprive them of protection granted by provisions which cannot be excluded by agreement.

For Customers who are Consumers in the United Kingdom, application of these warranty terms does not deprive them of protection arising from mandatory UK law where such law applies.

Amendments to these warranty terms do not affect rights arising from warranties granted before the amended version enters into force.

The version of the warranty terms in force on the date the Sales Agreement for the particular watch was concluded applies to that warranty unless a later version is more favourable to the Customer and the Warrantor expressly agrees to apply it.

Questions concerning the warranty may be directed to:

3. The current scope of the selected service option and its total price are displayed to the Customer before an order creating an obligation to pay is placed. The prices specified in this Appendix correspond to the offer in force on the date of its last update. For a particular agreement, the binding price is the price confirmed in the order summary.
4. The Customer is required to provide information that is truthful, complete and accurate to the best of their knowledge, in particular concerning the origin, ownership, condition, previous repairs or alterations, defects and completeness of the watch.
5. Dial House may refuse to perform any activity which cannot be carried out safely or lawfully and will inform the Customer of the reason and further settlement procedure.
6. Nothing in this Appendix excludes or limits liability which cannot legally be excluded or limits the statutory rights of Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights.

§ 2. Conclusion of the Agreement, Commencement and Performance Time

1. A service agreement is concluded in accordance with § 7a of the main Terms and Conditions. Submission of a non binding enquiry or a form which does not contain a button clearly indicating an obligation to pay does not result in conclusion of a paid service agreement.
2. Payment must be credited before performance of a paid service begins unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.
3. Commencement of performance means in particular:

a) for Online Valuation, commencement of analysis after receipt of the required materials,

b) for Physical Valuation and Watch Care, commencement of inspection after physical receipt of the watch.

4. A Consumer or Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights who wishes the service to begin before expiry of 14 days from conclusion of the agreement must expressly request that performance begin before expiry of the withdrawal period.

Where the service is to be fully performed before expiry of that period, the Customer must additionally give prior consent to full performance, confirm receipt of information that the right of withdrawal will be lost following full performance and acknowledge this.

5. If the Customer withdraws after performance has begun at their express request but before the service has been fully performed, the Customer is required to pay proportionally for services provided up to the time of withdrawal. No charge is made for the unperformed portion.
6. Full performance of a paid service results in loss of the right of withdrawal only where the statutory conditions described in the main Terms and Conditions have been satisfied.
7. The expected completion time is stated on the service page, in the order summary or in an individual confirmation. The completion period for services requiring physical possession of a watch begins when the watch is successfully delivered to Dial House. For Online Valuation, the period begins when all required materials have been received.
8. If performance requires additional information or a decision from the Customer, the completion period may be extended accordingly by the period spent awaiting the Customer’s response.

§ 3. Shipment, Acceptance, Storage and Return of the Watch

1. The Customer sends the watch to Dial House at their own expense and using their own arrangements unless the individual order confirmation expressly provides otherwise.
2. The watch should be packaged appropriately considering its value and delicate nature. Registered shipping with tracking, appropriate insurance and documentation of the parcel contents before dispatch is recommended.
3. Until the parcel is physically received by Dial House, the sender bears the risk of loss or damage during transport to Dial House, subject to mandatory provisions of law and the carrier’s liability.
4. After receiving the parcel, Dial House may document the condition of the packaging, watch and accompanying items, in particular by photographs or video recording.
5. While in possession of the watch, Dial House will exercise due care appropriate to the professional nature of the services performed and will be liable in accordance with applicable law.
6. Dial House is not liable for any defect, wear, damage, corrosion, lack of water resistance, evidence of previous interference or other characteristic which existed before the watch was accepted or which results from its age and normal wear, unless the damage is connected with an act or omission of Dial House.
7. For Physical Valuation, Watch Care and Watch Care with Valuation, the price of return shipping within Poland is PLN 19.99 unless the order summary states otherwise. This amount applies only to return shipping. The Customer arranges and pays for shipping the watch to Dial House.
8. If the Customer fails without justified reason to collect the parcel or fails to provide information required for return, Dial House will request cooperation on a durable medium and will inform the Customer of any possible further storage or reshipping costs before such costs are charged.

§ 4. Watch Valuation

1. The Valuation constitutes indicative commercial information concerning the possible market value of a watch based on available data, market conditions and Dial House experience. It is not a formal valuation report, expert appraisal, court expert opinion, insurance valuation, certificate of authenticity or guarantee of any particular investment result.
2. Online Valuation costs PLN 29.00. It is prepared on the basis of information, photographs, markings and documents provided by the Customer without physical examination of the watch.
3. Valuation following physical receipt of the watch costs PLN 69.00. It includes external inspection of the watch and accompanying items and analysis of information which can be determined without carrying out work outside the scope of this service.
4. The accuracy of an Online Valuation depends on the quality and completeness of the materials submitted. A subsequent physical inspection may justify changing the conclusion or estimated value range.
5. A Valuation does not guarantee sale of the watch or achievement of the stated price. The actual transaction price depends, among other factors, on demand, condition, authenticity, completeness, history, sales channel and negotiations.
6. Unless otherwise agreed, the Valuation does not include opening the case, dismantling, full movement diagnostics, water resistance testing, laboratory measurements, an authorised service opinion or issuance of a certificate of authenticity.
7. The Valuation result is provided to the Customer on a durable medium, in particular by email or as a PDF file.

§ 5. Watch Care

1. The basic Watch Care service costs PLN 169.99. Watch Care with Valuation costs PLN 199.99.
2. The basic scope of Watch Care includes:

a) visual inspection of the watch and accompanying items,

b) safe external cleaning to the extent possible without a full movement service,

c) documentation of the observed condition,

d) preparation of a Care Report,

e) recommendations concerning further use, maintenance or diagnostics.

3. The Watch Care with Valuation option additionally includes an indicative Valuation prepared in accordance with § 4.
4. Watch Care does not include, unless separately priced and accepted by the Customer:

a) full servicing, repair or adjustment of the movement,

b) replacement of parts, battery, crystal, gaskets, strap or bracelet,

c) opening the case,

d) water resistance testing or a water resistance guarantee,

e) polishing, refinishing or restoration of the dial or external components,

f) expert appraisal or certificate of authenticity.

5. Any additional intervention requires the Customer to be informed in advance of its scope and price and requires the Customer’s express consent.
6. In the case of vintage, collectible, delicate or previously repaired watches, Dial House may limit or refrain from certain work where performing it could adversely affect the originality, patina, value or safety of the watch. The Customer will be informed accordingly.
7. The Care Report describes the condition observed within the scope of the available inspection and the work performed. It does not constitute a guarantee of the watch’s future operation, a complete technical report, a certificate of authenticity or a water resistance guarantee.
8. Return shipping within Poland costs PLN 19.99 in accordance with § 3 point 7.

§ 6. Service Complaints

1. A complaint may be submitted to kontakt@dial-house.com and should include information allowing the order to be identified, a description of the issue, the Customer’s request and, where helpful, photographic documentation.
2. The Seller will respond to a Consumer complaint on paper or another durable medium within 14 days of receiving it.
3. If determining the cause requires inspection of the watch, Dial House will agree with the Customer on how the watch should be made available. The cost of necessary shipment will ultimately be borne by the party responsible for the irregularity in accordance with applicable law.
4. Depending on the circumstances and the Customer’s request, acceptance of a complaint may result in the whole or part of the service being performed again, correction of a document, a price reduction, refund of an appropriate part of the price or another remedy permitted by law.
5. A complaint concerning a service does not limit the possibility of pursuing liability for damage to the watch under general legal principles.

§ 7. Final Provisions

1. Matters not regulated in this Appendix are governed by the main Terms and Conditions, individual arrangements recorded on a durable medium and applicable law.
2. Where individual arrangements are more favourable to the Customer than this Appendix, those arrangements shall apply.
3. An amendment to this Appendix does not affect the terms of services ordered before the amendment enters into force unless the amendment is more favourable to the Customer and the parties agree to apply it.
4. Questions concerning the services may be directed to Dial House at:

kontakt@dial-house.com
