DIAL-HOUSE SHIPPING POLICY

Last updated: 22 June 2026

§ 1. General provisions

The Dial-House online store, available at https://dial-house.com, attaches particular importance to the safe delivery of goods. Before shipment, each watch is carefully checked, secured, packed and documented.

The Seller is Karol Góral, conducting sales as part of a non-registered business activity.

Contact regarding logistics and delivery is possible by e-mail at: kontakt@dial-house.com.

§ 2. Delivery methods and value thresholds

The available delivery methods depend on the value of the order, the dimensions of the shipment and the nature of the watch being sold.

The following delivery methods are available in the store:

a) delivery to an InPost Parcel Locker - available only for orders with a value of up to PLN 3,000,

b) secure courier delivery to the indicated address - used as standard for orders with a value above PLN 3,000,

c) personal collection in Szczecin - possible for orders of any value, after prior individual confirmation of the date, time and place of collection.

§ 3. Delivery to an InPost Parcel Locker

Delivery to an InPost Parcel Locker is limited by value and intended for lower-value products.

This delivery method is not available for collectible, unique or products requiring special, non-standard logistical security, regardless of their value.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse delivery to an InPost Parcel Locker if the Seller considers that the nature, value or condition of a given watch requires a safer form of delivery.

§ 4. Secure courier delivery

For orders with a value above PLN 3,000 and for products requiring special protection, the store delivers exclusively by insured courier shipment to the address indicated by the Buyer.

Each courier shipment with a value above PLN 3,000 requires the physical signature of the recipient or a person authorised to receive the shipment at the indicated address, as well as confirmation of delivery.

The Buyer is obliged to provide a correct and complete delivery address and a current phone number for the courier.

Courier shipments of increased value are additionally insured by the Seller with the carrier or with an external entity specialising in the insurance of valuable shipments and luxury goods.

§ 5. Individual delivery arrangements and restrictions

In the case of watches of particularly high value or specific nature, in particular vintage, collectible or delicate watches, the Seller reserves the right to refuse shipment by the method selected by the Buyer if that method does not provide an appropriate level of security.

In such a situation, the Seller will promptly contact the Buyer in order to individually agree on the safest shipping method, additional insurance or to propose personal collection.

If the Buyer does not accept the proposed safer delivery method, the Seller may cancel the order and refund the payment received.

§ 6. Order fulfilment time

Orders are forwarded for fulfilment and prepared for shipment after the full payment has been credited to the Seller's account.

The standard time for preparing an order for shipment is from 1 to 5 business days, unless otherwise indicated in the description of a given product or in individual correspondence with the Buyer.

The estimated delivery time by the carrier within Poland depends on the selected delivery method and is usually from 1 to 5 business days from the moment the shipment is dispatched.

§ 7. Packaging and protective documentation

Each product is packed for transport in a manner that minimises the risk of mechanical damage.

The Seller prepares photographic or video documentation of the process of packing each watch and securing the parcel. This documentation constitutes proof of the proper preparation and dispatch of the goods and serves to protect the legal and financial interests of both the Buyer and the Seller in the event of a dispute with the carrier or insurer.

§ 8. Receipt of the shipment by the Buyer

The Buyer should check the condition of the external packaging at the time of receiving the shipment from the courier or from the Parcel Locker.

If visible damage to the cardboard box, torn security tapes, signs of the shipment having been opened or suspicion of tampering with the contents are found, the Buyer should, where possible, prepare a damage report in accordance with the carrier's procedure and immediately inform the store at: kontakt@dial-house.com.

In the case of courier delivery, it is recommended to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier. In the case of collection from a Parcel Locker, the complaint procedure of the Parcel Locker operator should be followed.

§ 9. Final provisions

In matters not regulated by this Shipping Policy, the Store Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

The Seller reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy in the event of changes to carrier rates, shipment insurance conditions, legal provisions or the scope of offered logistics services.
